Charlotte is an experienced clinical psychologist and certified couple and family therapist who sees couples and adults. She holds both a first-class honours degree in psychology and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. She has additionally completed a Graduate Diploma in Relationships Counselling. Charlotte has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and Post-Milan Systemic Therapy for families.

Charlotte works primary with relationships, both within whole family systems and adult romantic relationships. She also has extensive experience working with individual adolescents and adults.  Throughout her career, Charlotte has worked alongside leading psychologists in the field of couple and family therapy which, allows her to integrate the highest quality of care and practice into the work with all her clients. 

Charlotte’s approach is grounded in attachment theory and her awareness and appreciation of the ever-present human need to be in connection with others. Her work is guided by her deep respect for her client’s willingness to lean into the vulnerability of relational work. She believes that the most complete way of understanding and creating change within ourselves is to consider how we experience our bonds and connections with others.
