Louise Cridland

Louise is a psychologist, speaker, mediator and workshop facilitator with eight years in the psychological and consulting industry. She has a Bachelor and Master in Psychology, and draws on a range of therapeutic and theoretical fields of study, including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt therapy, Narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based psychological approaches.

She has delivered national programs on anxiety, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and meditation, and has managed Beyond Blue’s National Workplace Program.

In Louise’s private practice, she works with adults and tailors her approach to the individual. She uses evidence-based approaches and strategies to help her clients live a more meaningful life, find joy when that doesn't feel possible and a sense of calm when anxiety and stress take over.

She specialises in the areas of mindfulness and meditation, with particular focus on how such tools can help individuals manage difficult life transitions and the decisions required in these times, daily stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, and above all else, assist clients to find meaning in their lives.
