Stephanie Greenslade

Stephanie is a warm and compassionate provisional psychologist who sees adolescents, children and adults. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood, taking the time to collaboratively understand their individual experiences, needs and goals. Stephanie has experience working across private practice and university clinic settings, supporting clients with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety and mood difficulties, relationship and interpersonal challenges, body image concerns, neurodivergence and trauma.
Stephanie holds experience providing both individual and group therapy, as well as conducting psychometric assessments. Stephanie draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her approach is tailored to each client, taking into consideration their individual strengths, values and goals.
Stephanie is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of
Social Neuroscience. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from
Monash University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of New South
Wales, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University.
Alongside her work in psychology, Stephanie works as a physiotherapist. Her background in
physiotherapy has provided her with extensive experience supporting people with a range of
health concerns and has shaped her holistic approach to therapy, recognising the important
relationship between the mind and body for her client's wellbeing.
